萬人示威3周　烏克蘭入歐盟有譜

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇3周前取消原本要與歐盟簽訂的合作協議，於下周前往莫斯科與俄羅斯總統普丁簽署同盟協議，引發支持烏國加入歐盟的民眾憤怒，連日來大舉示威。期間烏國持續與雙方周旋，歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表艾希頓昨與亞努科維奇會晤後稱，後者「明確表示會簽署合作協議」，稍後普丁也放話，歡迎烏克蘭加入該國主導的關稅聯盟，雙方較勁意味濃厚。

基輔獨立廣場3周來湧入數以萬計示威者。11日凌晨鎮暴軍警出動，企圖驅散群眾，造成約30傷。政府動用武力引發西方國家不滿，美國國務院發言人柏莎琪當天首度表示，不排除制裁烏克蘭。

亞努科維奇近月與普丁會晤多次，傳出他將在下周二赴莫斯科簽署合作協議，引發反對陣營指控他賣國。有分析指，前天官方無法驅散示威者，削弱亞努科維奇的氣勢，政局危機短期內恐難善了。
