台灣慈善排名全球第52　中國吊車尾

【林沿瑜／綜合報導】英國慈善援助基金會（Charities Aid Foundation）近日公佈《2013年世界奉獻指數報告》，台灣在接受調查的135個國家中名列第52名，與去年相同。

根據最新排名，奉獻指數最高的國家為美國，加拿大、緬甸、紐西蘭並列第2名，愛爾蘭名列第5；倒數第一名為希臘，中國、克羅埃西亞並列倒數第2。

台灣在最新的調查中排名第52，輸給第17名的香港（17）、泰國（38），但勝過新加坡（64）、法國（77），甚至俄羅斯（123）等國。名單未包括日本、南韓。

根據調查報告，問卷詢問受訪者在過去一個月中，是否有過以下三種行為之一：捐錢給慈善機構、擔任志工、幫助有需要的陌生人。
