台灣勞工工時長 雇主應改善

中華人事主管協會表示，有關台灣勞工工時長，政府相關單位將會加強勞動檢查，因此雇主應積極改善，保障勞工權益。

中華人事主管協會表示，勞委會公布最新調查發現，我國勞工全年工時長，在全球30個主要國家中排第3，僅低於新加坡、墨西哥；甚至在日本、韓國等亞洲鄰國全年總工時逐漸遞減，但台灣的工時卻幾乎沒有縮減。

中華人事主管協會表示，政府相關單位將對於「超時工作」的行業，加強勞動檢查，並督促事業單位確實遵守勞動相關法令，至於針對違法情事較多的特定行業，也將積極辦理勞動條件專案檢查，因此雇主應積極改善以保障勞工權益。
