助更生人銜接職場　監獄辦就業媒合

【涂建豐／高雄報導】為協助更生人在離開矯正機關前，做好復歸社會的準備，順利銜接職場，高雄市政府勞工局訓練就業中心與法務部矯正署高雄第二監獄、台灣更生保護會高雄分會，今日在高雄第二監獄舉辦就業媒合活動，共有13家廠商提供205個職缺，總計241位更生人參與。
 
本次活動邀請出監更生人返監分享就業經驗。更生人阿民因妨害自由罪，被判刑1年2個月，於101年3月入監執行，102年5月期滿出監。今年3月他參加就業媒合活動，經萬機鋼鐵錄取，並參加公司的電銲訓練班，經過3個月的訓練考核，已經通過公司內部的電銲技能檢測，獲得正式職缺並調高工作薪資。他說，希望透過經驗分享，給同為更生人的朋友更多鼓勵和支持。
